Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior Health and Safety Advisor in Southampton to join a consultancy-focused team. The role offers a salary of GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 plus a car allowance, a 9-day fortnight, and extensive training with progression opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH General Certificate is required.
• Experience conducting site safety inspections and writing health and safety policies.

• Conduct in-person annual safety review meetings with clients.
• Write and update health and safety policies.
• Score client safety performance against management system criteria.
• Conduct site inspections and provide written and verbal reports.
• Carry out accident/incident investigations and produce high-quality reports.
• Create and review risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and safe systems of work.
• Provide advice and guidance via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Identify training needs and liaise with the training department.
