Job summary
SHERPANY is seeking a Junior Growth Analyst to join our Growth Acceleration team to drive operational analytics, track experiments, and derive qualitative insights. You will work with Marketing, Product, Design and Engineering to monitor the free trial journey and illuminate what drives acquisition, activation, and conversion.
The role requires a highly structured, detailed approach and the confidence to contact trial users for short interviews, translating findings into actionable
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as an analyst in B2B SaaS or digital business.
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to convert funnel data into insights.
- Experience building AI prototypes is a plus.
- Knowledge of BI methods and experiment design.
- Attention to detail and structured communication.
- Experience with reporting in Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, VWO/Wingify, and Pendo.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain simple reports in Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, VWO/Wingify, and related tools with analytics or operations teams.
- Track free trial leads from first CTA to activation and conversion.
- Monitor experiments, identify signals, and alert when to review or pivot.
- Conduct qualitative calls or interviews with trial users to understand friction and conversion blockers.
- Prepare weekly updates with lead status, experiment status, funnel metrics, learnings, and next actions.
