Job summary

Harnham, a leading digital analytics consultancy, is seeking a Senior Analyst in Manchester. You will join the Growth Engineering team to drive product decisions through experimentation, analytics and data science, impacting millions of users.

In this hybrid role, you will lead analytics projects, design and evaluate experiments, and deliver insights that shape product strategy while collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills are required.
• Python knowledge with PySpark is beneficial.
• Experience in Product Analytics is essential.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation.
• Excellent statistical analysis skills with modelling exposure.
• Experience analysing behavioural or digital product data.
• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with web analytics or event-level data is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead product analytics projects from problem definition through to recommendation.
• Design, analyse and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Apply statistical techniques and modelling to solve product challenges.
• Analyse customer and user behaviour using rich event-level data.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Support personalisation initiatives and audience measurement projects.
• Deliver clear, commercially-focused insights that influence product strategy.
