Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Mid-weight Graphic Designer and marketing team to shape the visual identity of the brand.
- Develop and design creative graphics for multiple marketing touchpoints, including packaging, print, digital, video, Out of Home, and motion graphics.
- Ensure all design assets adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, email graphics, social media posts, and online advertisements that align with campaign goals.
- Produce engaging graphics for social media platforms, staying up-to-date with platform requirements and trends.
- Create and update website visuals, collaborating with web developers to ensure design feasibility and responsiveness.
- Develop visually appealing email templates and graphics, optimising layouts for various devices.
- Design PowerPoint templates, infographics, and enhance slides for company meetings or reports.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and create cohesive designs.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and brand consistency.
- Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine designs and improve quality.
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a design role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design programmes.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and take direction from senior staff.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
