Junior Graphic Designer, up to £37k - London, Hybrid

Salt has partnered with a Fintech company to secure an enthusiastic and driven junior graphic designer to join their design team.

In this role, you will be part of a wider team building products that put their users at the heart of the design process. You will work closely with other designers, the product team, and sales & marketing. You will be expected to take ownership of the company's brand collateral, help craft it, and broaden its potential.

This is a great opportunity for a junior designer to grow and develop their skills, surrounded by talented designers who will support and mentor their career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work on live creative briefs as part of an in-house design team.
2. Create style guides and graphical assets for use by Sales or Marketing.
3. Ensure brand consistency and alignment with the company's visual identity and guidelines across all touchpoints.
4. Contribute to the innovation of products and processes, helping to breathe life into them.

Required Qualifications

1. 1-2 years' experience as a junior designer.
