Job description

The Role

1. Innovative creative ideation and execution for the OMNES brand, marketing, social and partnership campaigns, activations, and content.
2. Help to build and refine the OMNES graphic systems and guidelines, and continually manage and evolve the OMNES brand identity, ensuring consistency across all creative projects and platforms.
3. Hands-on design ability to produce attractive and effective designs across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and animated content for campaigns.
4. Work closely with internal stakeholders and senior leaders.
5. Champion new and interesting creative talent within the industry.
6. Ability to structure and deliver outstanding creative presentations internally and externally.
7. To apply for the role, you will need to have the following experience:

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects).
• Brilliant layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of liaising between print and digital artwork.
• Skilled in designing and animating for paid media (social and motion graphic ads).
• Excellent retouching skills and color correction.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Maintain good communication with team members.
• Strong organizational skills to keep track of jobs and deadlines.
• A passion for and understanding of OMNES to help build the brand personality.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — flexible and adaptive in a changing environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and understanding of UI/UX principles.

Desirable: Ability to design and edit videos is a significant plus.
