Job description

The role:

1. Innovative creative ideation and execution for the OMNES brand, marketing, social and partnership campaigns, activations, and content.
2. Help build and refine the OMNES graphic systems and guidelines, and continually manage and evolve the OMNES brand identity, ensuring consistency across all creative projects and platforms.
3. Hands-on design ability to produce attractive and effective designs across multiple platforms, from digital to social media, including animated designs for social campaigns.
4. Work closely with internal key stakeholders and senior leaders.
5. Champion new and interesting creative talent within the industry.
6. Ability to structure and deliver outstanding creative presentations internally and externally.

Qualifications and experience:

1. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects).
2. Excellent layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of liaising between print and digital artwork.
3. Skilled in designing and animating for paid media, including social and motion graphic ads.
4. Excellent retouching skills and colour correction.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Strong communication skills to maintain effective team collaboration.
7. Strong organizational skills to keep a comprehensive, trackable list of jobs and deadlines.
8. A passion for and understanding of OMNES to help build the brand personality.
9. Entrepreneurial mindset—flexible and adaptable in a growth-oriented, changing environment.
10. Basic knowledge of HTML and understanding of UI/UX principles.

Desirable:

Ability to design and edit videos is a significant plus.
