The role |

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and support the team to be their best.

We are looking for someone who:

• is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
• is ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
• has an understanding of managing labour, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
