The Role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and teams. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance and ensuring high standards.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan shifts for proper coverage, and coach on the go
• Understands managing labour and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
• Recognizes great performance and celebrates it with the team
