Role Overview

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning shifts to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop your team to uphold high standards
• Manage shifts, plan rotas, and ensure proper coverage
• Recognize and celebrate team performance
• Support in managing labour and understanding restaurant financials
