The Role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential, manage your shifts effectively, and drive restaurant performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
