The role:

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to enhance performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
