You will support experienced operators with shipping documentation, chase paperwork, and keep shipment records up to date, gradually taking on more responsibility as you learn freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning freight forwarding and shipping.
• Exposure to freight, shipping, logistics or import/export is a plus.
• Office, administration or customer service experience welcome.
• Accurate and careful with detail; information must be correct.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organised.
• Strong written and spoken English; professional email and phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Help manage queries and route to the right person.
• Keep shipment details accurate and up to date.
• Chase customers and suppliers for documents via phone/email.
• File paperwork and maintain orderly records.
• Answer straightforward queries from customers and overseas agents.
• Provide general support to the export team.
