Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Junior FPGA Engineer to join the Control Systems team, developing real-time hardware for advanced quantum networking platforms. This role offers exposure to RTL design, verification, hardware bring-up and system integration across cutting-edge tech.

Ideal candidates have SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL experience, familiarity with Xilinx/Intel FPGA platforms, and knowledge of SPI/I2C/Ethernet interfaces. Strong collaboration and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog or VHDL.
• Experience with Xilinx or Intel FPGA platforms.
• Understanding of SPI, I2C, or Ethernet interfaces.
• Knowledge of FPGA verification and timing closure.
• Python scripting experience would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop FPGA designs for Xilinx- and Intel-based systems.
• Support embedded software integration and create verification environments.
• Contribute to debugging and automation workflows.
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn and grow in real-time control systems.
