Job summary

Hello, we’re ICE – Industrial Cleaning Equipment. We are seeking a Junior Finance Assistant for a 40-hour week, Mon-Fri, in our Finance Department. The role is 100% office-based at Sauber House with a salary of £27,000 plus benefits.

You will gain hands-on experience across Credit Control, Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting, helping to improve processes and maintain accurate records. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

• Strong numerical skills with accuracy in financial data.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Support Credit Control by maintaining customer accounts and ledger analysis.
• Support Accounts Payable with invoice processing and supplier queries.
• Assist cash and banking activities including daily postings and reconciliations.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying automation opportunities.
• Assist wider finance team with ad-hoc queries and projects.
