Job summary

ICE – Industrial Cleaning Equipment, 100% office based at Sauber House, is hiring a Junior Finance Assistant. This permanent role (40 hours a week, Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm) in our Finance Department offers a £27,000 salary plus benefits.

You will gain hands-on experience across Credit Control, Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting, supporting ledgers, invoice processing and bank reconciliations while helping to improve processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication across a fast-paced business.
• Strong numerical ability with Excel proficiency.
• High level of attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support Credit Control by maintaining customer accounts and ledger analysis.
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoice processing and supplier queries.
• Support cash and banking activities, including bank postings and reconciliations.
• Contribute to process improvements by automating routine tasks.
• Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc queries and projects.
