Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers is seeking a Junior Team Leader to join our team at the Haydock branch, covering the Midlands, North West and South West area. You will manage a team of Technicians, plan routes, and ensure KPIs such as Health & Safety and productivity are achieved.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with a focus on customer service, driving, and field support. Relocation support and ongoing training are available to develop your career with us.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for 2 years minimum.
• Ideally have experience in horticulture.
• Interested in plants and plantcare.
• Experience coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served.
• Leadership skills in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Technicians in daily duties.
• Ensure delivery of KPIs, including Health and Safety and productivity.
• Plan routes to maximise customer facing time and minimise driving.
• Field support days.
• Maintenance and installing Christmas displays.
• Quality audits of sites, stock control and ordering stock.
