Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Haydock is seeking a Junior Team Leader to manage a team of Technicians, plan routes and drive KPIs across a large geographic area. This full-time role involves significant driving and hands-on servicing as needed, with a strong focus on safety and service quality.

The position requires a UK driving licence (minimum 2 years) and an interest in plants and plant care, with DBS checks possible depending on role. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License held for 2 years minimum.
• Interest in plants and plant care.
• Experience coordinating customer stock for vehicles/routes.
• Leadership skills in a work environment.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Technicians in daily duties.
• Ensure delivery of KPIs: Health & Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Plan routes to maximise customer-facing time and minimise driving time.
• Field support days.
• Maintenance and installation of Christmas displays.
• Quality audits of sites, stock control and ordering stock.
