Job summary

TDA Group is seeking a Junior Estimator in M&E with an electrical bias based in Bromley. You will support cost estimation across full M&E packages, with emphasis on electrical services, for a busy project division.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in building services, strong numeracy and a good grasp of electrical systems, HVAC and plumbing, plus experience with take-offs and tender returns. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

Junior Estimator - M&E (Electrical Bias)

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus benefits

Bromley

We are currently seeking a Junior M&E Estimator to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company based in Central London. This role offers exposure across full M&E packages, with a particular emphasis on electrical building services, supporting a wide range of projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within the building services or M&E sector


• Good working knowledge of electrical systems, with an understanding of mechanical services including HVAC and plumbing


• Experience assisting with or producing M&E cost estimates, take-offs, and tender returns


• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and schedules


• Strong commercial awareness, numerical ability, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline


• Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects


• Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software and procurement processes
