Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in London seeks a Junior Electronic Test Engineer to support the R&D team with prototype assembly, electronic testing, fault finding and product validation.

Ideal candidates have a degree or equivalent in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, some practical electronics experience, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. UK work eligibility is required; travel to other UK sites is expected occasionally.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electronics or related field; graduates welcome.
• Some practical electronics experience from studies, projects, work experience or employment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Full right to work in the UK; sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Prototype assembly and electronic testing.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting of electronic systems.
• Product validation from concept through to production support.
• Collaborate with the R&D team and engineers.
