Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in London seeks a Junior Electronic Test Engineer to support the R&D team with prototype assembly, electronic testing, fault finding and product validation.

Ideal candidates have a degree or equivalent in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, some practical electronics experience, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. UK work eligibility is required; travel to other UK sites is expected occasionally.

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

The Role

As a Junior Electronic Test Engineer, you’ll support the R&D team with prototype assembly, electronic testing, fault finding and product validation. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, gaining valuable technical experience while supporting product development from concept through to production.

Requirements

• Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Some practical electronics experience through studies, projects, work experience or employment.
• A mature, confident and proactive approach, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full right to work in the UK, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

• £35,000 per annum.
