Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd in England is seeking an Electronics Technician focused on assembling, testing and validating advanced electronic products. You will support engineering teams throughout product development and manufacturing, ensuring hardware delivered to specification.

You will build prototypes, perform board-level tests, troubleshoot faults, and contribute to NPI and continuous improvement. A strong soldering skill set and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• HNC, HND or equivalent qualification in Electronics or a related discipline.
• Experience assembling and testing electronic hardware
• Strong soldering and rework skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Experience using laboratory test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic prototypes and production hardware
• Perform board-level testing, fault finding and debugging
• Support engineers with product development and verification activities
• Carry out rework, soldering and component replacement to a high standard
• Maintain accurate build and test documentation
• Support manufacturing, NPI and continuous improvement activities
• Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• Manage laboratory equipment and test setups
