GTS Group Ltd in Luton is seeking an Electronics Test Engineer to join our engineering team. You will perform hands-on testing of electronic products, verify performance against specifications and help ensure products meet quality and reliability targets.

The role involves fault-finding at circuit level, supporting troubleshooting, maintaining test records, and working closely with production and engineering to improve test processes and delivery.

I'm working with an established engineering business based in Luton that is looking to recruit an Electronics Test Engineer to join its existing technical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in electronics testing, fault-finding and troubleshooting who wants to play a hands-on role in ensuring products meet the required performance and quality standards. You'll be joining a business specialising in electronic instrumentation, supporting the testing and delivery of products used across a range of industrial applications.

Working as part of an established engineering team, your responsibilities will include:

• Testing electronic products and equipment against defined specifications.
• Identifying faults, diagnosing issues and supporting troubleshooting activities.
• Supporting product quality and ensuring testing is completed to the required standards.
• Working closely with colleagues across engineering and production to resolve technical issues.
• Contributing to efficient testing processes and the reliable delivery of products.
• Maintaining accurate test records and supporting continuous improvement activities.

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Experience in a Test Engineer, Electronics Test Technician or similar hands-on engineering role.
