Job Description

We are expanding our digital hub at our global HQ and distribution centre in Shirebrook. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful digital trading team managing established websites. If passionate about digital trading, this role offers a chance to develop and own digital strategies and manage daily trading and analysis to drive growth. This is a period of high performance and significant digital investment, making it a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Frasers Group Customer Team.

Reporting to a Trading Manager, your responsibilities include driving sales through strategic planning and executing campaign, brand, and promotional strategies. You will lead cross-functional projects to boost sales and digital KPIs, and ensure effective use of our platforms as a systems and tooling expert.

  • Manage daily trading and website execution under the guidance of the Trading Manager.
  • Report on trade performance, analyze key drivers, and develop action plans to meet sales and contribution targets.
  • Oversee weekly content updates for site changes, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Manage critical paths for campaigns and promotions, including upcoming activities.
  • Communicate product and trading strategies to marketing and optimization teams.
  • Act as super-user for digital trading tools, training team members, and contributing to tool improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional digital trading projects.
  • Coordinate content development for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
  • Improve product content and resolve issues to optimize sales.

People Management

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
  • Set objectives, goals, and development plans.
  • Build an effective, motivated team aligned with digital strategy.
  • Represent the Digital Trading Team across the business, ensuring KPIs are understood and achievable.
Qualifications
  • Valid UK work rights.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Excel.
  • Experience managing Trading Assistants.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven ability to improve sales through daily improvements.
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • At least 3-4 years in a similar digital retail role.
