Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Entry Level Administrator in Andover for a temp-to-perm role. You will help ensure online product information is accurate and presented effectively across digital sales channels.

This is ideal for a graduate or someone with administrative experience aiming to build a career in eCommerce and digital operations. You'll work with the wider team to maintain product data, support new product introductions and keep listings updated.

• Graduate or candidate with previous administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information across multiple online platforms.
• Upload and amend product content.
• Ensure stock levels, pricing and product details are accurate at all times.
• Support the introduction of new products.
• Monitor website and marketplace listings, flagging and correcting any inaccuracies.
• Manage product records.
• Assist with promotional updates, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with colleagues across different departments to obtain and verify product information.
• Perform regular checks on online content to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases.
• Investigate listing issues and help resolve queries.
• Support the wider eCommerce team with administrative duties.
