You will provide first-line IT support across e-commerce platforms, assist with security monitoring for unusual activity, help with vulnerability checks, and contribute to cyber awareness across the business while

Qualifications

• Strong interest in cyber security and IT systems.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms or websites (training provided).
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for internal users and teams.
• Awareness of online risks such as phishing and data breaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for internal users across e-commerce platforms and office tech.
• Assist with monitoring website and platform security, identifying suspicious activity.
• Support protection of customer data and payment systems, ensuring data security standards.
• Help maintain secure user access to key systems.
• Assist with vulnerability checks on websites, plugins and integrations; escalate risks.
• Support routine updates and patching of systems.
• Log and document IT support and security-related issues per internal processes.
• Assist in responding to basic cyber incidents, such as phishing emails or compromised accounts.
• Contribute to improving cyber-awareness by supporting staff guidance and best practices.
