Responsibilities

• Review security alerts and help investigate potential incidents affecting company and client systems.
• Assist with security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses.
• Help maintain cyber security policies, procedures and guidance for secure IT support.
• Support user account security and access controls, following agreed procedures.
• Check network and system activity for unusual behaviour and escalate to senior colleagues.
• Help maintain endpoint protection and security software across supported devices.
• Assist with cyber security awareness activities for employees and client users.
• Keep accurate records of security checks, incidents and actions taken.
• Work with IT support colleagues to identify security risks and assist with improvements.
• Support compliance with data protection requirements and cyber security standards.
