Metrorod Bristol is seeking a motivated Trainee Drainage Engineer to join our on-site team in Radstock on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support experienced engineers in cleaning, clearance and maintenance of drains while delivering excellent customer service.

With full training provided and an overtime rate of £19 per hour, this role offers a genuine career path in the drainage industry for a positive, physically capable candidate willing to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
• Be willing to work some unsociable hours; overtime rate is £19 per hour.
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• To support our Engineers in carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains.
• To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service.
• To ensure you work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
