Job summary

Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Junior Digital Site Merchandiser to support inventory merchandising, pricing, and online campaigns across the site. You’ll help optimise PLP/PDP visuals and ensure product content aligns with the sales strategy.

You will analyse shopping behaviour, assist with seasonal launches, and work with the team to implement updates using HTML and Commerce Cloud Business Manager. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Platform & content management.
• Experience using Commerce Cloud Business Manager. Web/Digital merchandising expertise.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Understanding of staging environments & basic HTML coding & web design experience a plus.
• Experience managing web-based analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Execute product assortment rules within Business Manager, including view types, image variants and availability.
• Assist with visual merchandising of PLP/PDP to reflect sales strategy and launches.
• Maintain price books and product data catalogues, ensuring content is up to date across sites.
• Monitor inventory feeds and ensure accurate storefront information.
• Support timely onsite campaigns, promotions and product launches with onboarding attributes.
• Analyse onsite metrics and report on conversion, CTR, and page performance; assist with category sequencing across pages.
