Job summary

Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Junior Digital Site Merchandiser to support merchandising across inventory, pricing, and promotions while analysing shopping behavior to drive revenue. The role emphasizes online visual appeal and accurate product presentation within the website storefronts.

You will work with Business Manager, PLP/PDP merchandising, and web analytics tools to optimise performance, reporting, and site experience. A collaborative, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Platform & content management.
• Experience using Commerce Cloud Business Manager; web/digital merchandising expertise.
• Data driven with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Understanding of staging environments & basic HTML coding a plus.
• Experience managing web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau.
• Strong PC skills – Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute product assortment rules in Business Manager and categorize products.
• Support visual merchandising of PLP and PDP to align with sales strategy.
• Maintain price books and catalogues; ensure content accuracy.
• Monitor inventory feeds and fix site data and HTML updates.
• Assist with onsite campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Analyze site metrics and report on CTR and conversions.
