Job summary

Vivienne Westwood is seeking a detail-oriented Data & Insights Coordinator to support the Digital Marketing & CRM team. You will transform campaign and website data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision‑making across digital channels.

Working closely with the Head of Digital & CRM and directly support the channel specialists (Paid Social, Performance, CRM, UX), you’ll support reporting, performance analysis, and data integrity across the business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in data, analytics, or digital marketing (internships included).
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas.
• Familiar with GA4 and digital marketing platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to turn data into insights.
• Organised with ability to manage reporting cycles and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse performance across digital channels using GA4, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for real-time visibility of trends.
• Produce and optimise recurring Excel reports with pivots and templates.
• Support CRM segmentation and customer insight analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in data storytelling and improve reporting quality across teams.
• Explore AI-driven analytics and lightweight Python automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with agencies on reporting requests and data queries.
