The Role:
As Junior Customer Success Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of established and new clients across EMEA. This will include onboarding/training, retention/renewals and growth/upsells. Reporting to the Head Of Account Management for EMEA and as part of a small close-knit team, you'll be supported by cross functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Product and Delivery.
