Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Reporting to: Head of Customer Success North

Location: Field / Home Based – London / South East

Travel: 80% travel to regional clients

Salary: Basic salary up to, £50,000

Package: up to £20,000 bonus and £6,000 car allowance per annum

Who are you?

You are a proactive and customer-focused professional, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping clients achieve their goals. With a strong background in field based / 121 customer success or account management—ideally within healthcare or working with the NHS—you have a proven track record of growing and managing large accounts, creating effective strategies, and driving success across customer portfolios.

Your excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills make you a trusted advisor, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You combine strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, using data and metrics to guide decision-making and enhance client satisfaction. Familiar with CRM systems and data analysis tools, you’re also knowledgeable about healthcare regulations, compliance, and workforce management solutions, making you well-equipped to succeed as our Regional Customer Success Manager.

What will you do?

  • Face to Face engagement with regional customers, gathering insights and promoting valuable feedback.
  • Build and nurture strong, growth-focused relationships throughout the customer journey.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Newcross, elevating customer experiences and delivering impactful results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address customer needs and challenges.
  • Execute strategic plans to boost customer satisfaction and drive measurable value.
  • Leverage data in Zoho CRM to move toward proactive customer management, tracking KPIs like NPS and retention.
  • Identify trends and improvement areas, driving the adoption of new products and services while spotting upsell opportunities.
