Mitsubishi Electric is seeking a diligent administrative/credit-support focused candidate to assist in cash ledgers, order release, and inbox management. The role includes handling ad-hoc tasks such as invoices and refunds, while ensuring policy compliance and supporting Credit Controllers.

Aufgaben

• Maintenance of Cash with Order & Service & Maintenance ledgers, and order releasing for these areas.
• Monitoring our group inbox and actioning where required.
• Scanning for the department.
• Adhoc tasks e.g. copy invoices, PODs, processing refund requests
• Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.
• Support for the Credit Controllers
• Answering calls from internal colleagues and external customers
