The role reports to the Credit Control Manager and offers hybrid working, flexible hours, and 34 days holidays. A great fit for someone with customer service experience looking to step into finance.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar finance or credit control environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Post daily cash receipts.
• Respond to client queries and advise on repayment options.
• Debt recovery.
• Customer support - additional queries.
• Any other duties outlined on the job description.
