Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric – UK is seeking a Finance Assistant to support cash allocation and UK cash management activities. You will handle monthly UK statement runs, maintain ledgers for Cash with Order, Service & Maintenance, and assist credit risk tasks with the team.

Based in Hatfield with flexible hybrid working, you will join a supportive finance function offering generous leave and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical and a discount platform.

Responsibilities

• Cash & cheque allocation for the UK
• Monthly statement run for the UK
• Maintenance of Cash with Order & Service & Maintenance ledgers, as well as order releasing for these areas
• Monitoring our group inbox and actioning where required
• Scanning for the department
• Adhoc tasks e.g. copy invoices, PODs, processing refund requests
• Understand and comply with all relevant company policies
• Support for the Credit Controllers
• Answering calls from internal colleagues and external customers
• Supporting Credit Risk activities
