Qualifications

• Some experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or finance support.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Motivated to learn and develop in credit control.
• Good numerical and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
• Allocate cash and reconcile receipts.
• Resolve account queries and maintain records.
• Assist with aged debt reporting and account reconciliations.
