Decentralized Masters is seeking a Junior Copywriter to join our Renewals team. You’ll craft copy that keeps members engaged at renewal time and demonstrates ongoing value. You’ll collaborate with Membership Directors and senior copywriters in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

You bring 1+ year of copywriting experience, a keen interest in finance and crypto, and a desire to learn retention marketing. This full-time role offers mentorship and growth across a dynamic DeFi education platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of copywriting experience with a clear portfolio.
• Interest in finance and blockchain; crypto experience is a plus.
• Strong grammar, clarity, and tone matching across formats.
• Eagerness to learn retention and lifecycle marketing copy.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Write renewal emails, SMS, and in‑app messages to drive renewals.
• Craft persuasive reoffer and downsell messaging for at‑risk members.
• Turn member wins and testimonials into impact proofs.
• Support renewal lifecycle content like landing pages and one‑pagers.
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging angles.
• Collaborate with senior copywriters and marketers.
