Job summary

CapsLock, a global IT marketing company, is seeking a Senior CRO Copywriter to craft persuasive, conversion-driven copy for landing pages, ads, and video scripts. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and testing teams to refine messaging based on audience research and A/B results.

You will translate complex product features into customer benefits, develop multiple copy variants for testing, and contribute to a knowledge base with winning concepts and learnings. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Direct Response Copywriting or similar conversion-focused role.
• Native-level English.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles and conversion-focused writing.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid advertising copy, and performance creative.

Responsibilities

• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns across landing pages, ads, video scripts, and other assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors and trends for messaging opportunities.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions and messaging angles.
• Translate technical product features into clear customer benefits while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Create structured copy variations for A/B testing and analyze performance to iterate.
• Identify successful concepts and adapt them across clients, products, industries.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with marketers, designers, video editors, and other team members.
• Use AI tools to improve research, ideation, analysis, and workflow.
