Job summary

Decentralized Masters is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator to own day-to-day operations of our affiliate and partnership program. The role covers affiliate networks, newsletters, media placements, and creator partnerships, focused on execution and consistency.

You'll set up tracking, keep copy current, run compliance checks, and produce weekly reports. Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to keep the machine running smoothly in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running partnerships and affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills with performance data.
• Excellent written communication and attention to compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage affiliate tracking links and offers (Everflow or equivalent).
• Coordinate partner copy, assets, and placements across networks.
• Oversee creator/media partnerships and schedule go-lives with trackers.
• Perform compliance checks and produce weekly performance reports.
• Analyze spend, ROAS, CPA, and conversions to identify opportunities.
