Job summary

Barfoots Of Botley in Arundel is seeking a Junior Commercial Account Executive to support key customer accounts and ensure day-to-day delivery of commercial activity. You will maintain accurate information across internal systems and portals, prepare reports, and act as a bridge between customers and teams.

You'll work closely with the Commercial Manager in a fast-paced FMCG environment, building relationships, handling priorities, and using Excel to analyse retailer data and spot opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to analyse retailer sales data to spot trends.
• Comfortable supporting customer meetings and presentations.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in FMCG or fresh produce advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day account and administrative support to the Commercial Manager.
• Maintain accurate information across internal systems and customer portals.
• Support new product set-up, coordinating with teams across the business.
• Assist with customer growth projects and wider commercial initiatives.
• Analyse retailer sales data, identifying trends, opportunities and actions to support sales growth.
• Help coordinate and host customer meetings and site visits.
• Conduct store visits to review product ranges, availability and shopper behaviour.
• Liaise with Finance to help resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Provide wider team support using Prophet, Excel and MS Office as required.
