Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a detail‑oriented CMS Content and Data Author to manage high‑volume content across web and app platforms, balancing speed with accuracy. You will publish product data changes, build and maintain pages in Contentful, and ensure content is accurate, compliant and publish‑ready across multiple digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CMS Author, Content Editor or Digital Content Executive role.
• Experience publishing content across web and/or mobile apps at scale.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and quality control.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of product, promotional or campaign content.
• Understanding of digital content workflows, approvals and QA processes.
• Experience in fast-paced delivery environments with fixed deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage and publish digital content across web and app platforms within fast-paced trading and campaign cycles.
• Build, edit and maintain promotional, product and campaign pages within the CMS.
• Translate high volumes of product and promotional information into accurate, compliant and publish-ready content.
• Validate content and product data including pricing, descriptions, imagery, metadata and messaging.
• Ensure content is quality checked, approved and delivered within deadlines and SLAs.
• Support homepage, landing page and feature content updates aligned to campaign activity.
• Maintain content governance standards, templates and publishing best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve publishing workflows, efficiency and accuracy.
• Support previewing, scheduling and go-live activities across digital channels.
• Assist with troubleshooting content or publishing issues during live delivery periods.
• Work within structured planning cycles while remaining adaptable to changes.
