Job summary

Mindera is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Content Domain team. You will shape an enterprise Contentful-based content platform, designing scalable content models, improving governance and enabling teams to maximise Contentful across multiple products and channels.

The role blends business analysis with content strategy, modelling and enablement, evolving our self-service content operating model and enabling Product, UX and Engineering to move faster with consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Contentful in enterprise environments.
• Expertise designing and maintaining Contentful content models, content types and references.
• Experience with Contentful GraphQL APIs and API-first architectures.
• Good understanding of Contentful environments, publishing workflows and governance.
• Experience with structured content and headless CMS architectures.
• Collaborating with Product, UX and Engineering teams to deliver scalable content solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineering teams to understand customer journeys, business goals and content requirements.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and content modelling activities.
• Translate UX, design and product requirements into scalable Contentful content models.
• Identify opportunities for reuse and rationalisation of existing models.
• Support the design of reusable, scalable, API-ready content structures.
• Support campaigns, experimentation and personalisation capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimise Contentful models for downstream consumption and performance.
• Support migration of legacy content into Contentful models where appropriate.
