As a Junior Account Manager, you will manage your own client portfolio, developing relationships, supporting promotion, and identifying revenue opportunities. Your duties include managing client communications, renewal negotiations, maintaining CRM records, and providing excellent customer service. This is primarily an office-based role involving telephone, virtual, and email interactions, with occasional client visits. The position offers clear career progression to Account Director and requires a professional attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
You should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, adaptability in communication styles, and the ability to multitask are essential. You should be target-driven, capable of achieving KPIs such as daily talk time, renewal rates, and call targets.
