Job description

Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £25,000 or £13.85 per hour

Contract: Temp to perm, fully remote or hybrid (Manchester and London)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, scheduled shifts

Start Date: 1st September (no holidays for the first 4 weeks)

Interview Dates: 15th to 18th July

We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors who have a strong passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service.

The client is a large, award-winning Housing Association receiving 3,500 inbound calls daily. It is a vibrant department with excellent training and promotion opportunities.

We seek someone with strong communication skills, experience in prioritising and managing their own time, and a high achiever who strives to meet and exceed KPIs. Success will be measured against high customer satisfaction standards. If you enjoy a challenge, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for housing association customers.
  • Respond to customer messages via multiple channels, including telephone, email, and in-house packages.
  • Provide accurate and appropriate information to customers.
  • Maintain confidential records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using in-house systems.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments as needed.
  • Contribute to departmental KPIs and company objectives.
