Job description

We are recruiting for TWO CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGERS to join our operations team, with one role based in Brighton (South) and the other in Halifax (North). These positions offer a 50-50 mix of home/office and client site work. Please note: there will be significant travel to our offices during the first few months, so flexibility is key.

About the Role

As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the best value from our services. This is not a sales role but a customer relationship position. Your main duties include understanding client needs, providing training, and resolving issues.

Working Hours

9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Occasional evening support may be required with prior notice.

Reporting and Teamwork

You will report to the Senior Account Manager and collaborate with the operations team to deliver excellent service. The role is key to client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support retention.
2. Deliver training sessions to new clients and refresher training as needed.
3. Address client concerns, work with relevant teams to resolve issues, and escalate complaints when necessary.
4. Keep client records accurate and up to date.
5. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
6. Travel regularly to client sites, offices, and occasionally for conferences or events (up to three days per week).
7. Participate in meetings with senior managers and clients to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships.
