We are recruiting for TWO CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGERS to join our operations team, with one role based in Brighton (South) and the other in Halifax (North). These positions offer a 50-50 mix of home/office and client site work. Please note: there will be significant travel to our offices during the first few months, so flexibility is key.
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the best value from our services. This is not a sales role but a customer relationship position. Your main duties include understanding client needs, providing training, and resolving issues.
9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Occasional evening support may be required with prior notice.
You will report to the Senior Account Manager and collaborate with the operations team to deliver excellent service. The role is key to client satisfaction and retention.
