Account Manager

Your Patch: Bristol to Gloucester.

Location: Home Based - grow your area from your home location.

We are working with one of the UK's fastest-growing companies in the vehicle warranty sector, seeking new Account Managers to cover UK areas. This is an autonomous role with a competitive salary, package, laptop, phone, and a new fully electric company car, with minimal company car tax.

Role Responsibilities:

• Research and maintain knowledge of your territory and opportunities.
• Develop and coach dealer performance with bespoke training.
• Find new business opportunities using our consultative sales process.
• Handle client queries and liaise with management.
• Negotiate and overcome objections to secure business.
• Plan ahead to meet monthly KPIs for new business.
• Review and focus on key areas in your territory.
• Manage your diary effectively.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Sales experience or field-based environment preferred (not essential); backgrounds from retail or motor trade are valued.
• Self-confidence and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with cold-calling and quick thinking.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
