Job summary

Nobu London is recruiting a Commis Chef to support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to Nobu standards, under the guidance of Senior Chefs.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn Nobu techniques and develop your culinary career. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, gain hands-on experience with ingredients, mise-en-place, and classic dishes like Black Cod Miso, while adhering to food

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to work in a team.
• Able to work weekends and evenings as required.
• Awareness of manual handling techniques.
• Experience of kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn about ingredients, mise-en-place, knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Understand Nobu's classic dishes, such as the iconic Black Cod Miso.
• Help create Nobu specials, seasonal dishes and events.
• Follow highest food safety standards across Nobu London.
