Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a Commis Chef to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dishes consistent with Nobu’s quality and creativity. You will work closely with the Head Chef and team to assist with food preparation, hygiene and organisation, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.

This role offers a chance to develop culinary skills within a luxury hotel and internationally recognised brand, with opportunities to progress across Nobu properties.
