Job Duties

• Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to promote Copius services
• Research and map key decision-makers in the construction and civil engineering space
• Support the senior BD Executive in creating proposals and coordinating outreach campaigns
• Help maintain and grow client relationships with consistent follow-up and communication
• Monitor industry trends and market movements to identify new leads
  
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills—especially over the phone!
• A proactive, positive mindset and willingness to learn
• Interest in the construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Confidence using Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus
• Degree not essential—we’re more interested in your drive and potential
